Our company has expanded steadily over the years
Ace Industries was founded in 2005 by Mr S Kishore, who has a collecitve experience of about 25 years in the plastics business. In the beginning, we started off as a manufacturer of polymer compounds. Due to the rising demand for Waterproofing solutions, we began producing PVC Waterstop’s and joints in 2009. We are one of the leading manufacturers and exporters of PVC waterstops in the MENA region. In 2010, we added PVC Electrical Fittings to our range by purchasing 4 injection molding machines.
In 2017, we began manufacturing Rigid PVC Profiles that are used in buses. In 2018, we introduced high quality PVC Hoarding Panels into our product range. These PVC hoarding panels are gaining increased importance in the Fencing industry. They have a smooth surface finish on one side that can be prepped for advertising and has loads of benefits compared to steel fencing.
2020 was the year we entered into the flooring industry by revealing our Wood Plastic composite Decking ranges and accessories. We use a state of art manufacturing equipment and carefully sourced ingredients to churn out products that have a natural wood finish, are eco-friendly and have a premium feel.
Our current presence is within the MENA region; but soon we plan to expand to other countries.
Manufacturing processes
The mixing of raw materials
The imported raw materials are first weighted in a scale. The weighted raw materials are then introduced into a mixer for blending.
Injection Molding, Extrusion, Blending
The mixed PVC raw materials are then fed into either Extruders or Injection Molding machines to churn out PVC Compounds or Flexible or rigid finished products. In case of 2 component PU system, the blended raw materials are then mixed with the isocyanates to achieve the desired product and properties.
Packaging and Shipment
Before dispatch of materials, all the finished goods are either Shrink wrapped or packed into cartons depending on the size. The compounds are packed into 25 Kg bags. The goods are then loaded into trucks or trailers and sent to respective customers.
Crush and reuse
We allow no room for wastages. Excess materials coming of a sprue and runner are crushed and grinded using a grinder and recycled. The non-recyclable waste are disposed off by following adequate safety measures as per the government laws.
