Ace Industries was founded in the year 2005 and is a leading manufacturer of PVC Waterstops, PVC Hoarding Fencing Panels, Wood Plastic Composite Decking, Hydrophilic Swelling Waterstops, Rigid PVC Profiles, Injection Molded Electrical Fittings, in the MENA region. We produce our products based on the customers needs using the best quality of imported raw materials. We also trade Injection Chemicals ranging from Cementitious, Epoxy, Acrylics and Polyurethanes. By virtue of our presence within the free zone and proximity to the port, we are able to organize speedy dispatch of our products giving rise to a very high standards of technical assistance, and professional services.

Warehousing
We make sure to keep running stock of supplies in our warehouse, of both raw materials and finished goods to achieve timely deiveries.
Injection Molding
Raw materials are fed into the hopper and are injected under high temperatures and pressures into the mould cavity to form the desired shape of the finished goods
Extrusion
After mixing the raw materials in a mixer, it is fed through a hopper into the extrusion machine. These materials are then compressed at a high temperature and pressure before being pushed out through a die to get the desired shape.
Packaging and Labelling
Finished goods are then labelled by either printing or using stickers. The PVC Compounds are packed in 25 Kg bags and stacked in pallets before being shrink wrapped. The other goods are either shrink wrapped or packed in cartons before palletizing and dispatching.

PVC Waterstops and Waterstop Joints
As the name suggests, waterstop is a flexible waterproof material placed at any joint in concrete to prevent the passage of water. Waterstops can be split and joined together to form different intersections like Vertical "X,T,L" and Flat "X,T,L".
Hydrophilic Swelling Waterstops
Hydrophilic waterstops are elements of a concrete structure, intended to prevent moisture infiltration. Hydrophilic waterstops swell in the presence of moisture. They are used to seal concrete joints, formwork spacers or tie rods.
PVC Hoarding Fencing Panels
PVC hoarding is an easy-fit, re-usable, temporary, hoarding fencing systems for outdoor and indoor building construction sites. The panels click together with a simple tongue and groove fixture. Click to know more.
uPVC Profiles
Our rigid PVC extruded products are used in the transport industry for vehicle bodies and internally for creating pleasing aesthetics, since it is available in many colours and surface finishes. We have a wealth of experience creating bespoke rigid PVC products. All of our plastic extrusions are blended and manufactured in our on-site factory.
